We have multiple dental services going on this month. If you haven't returned your form for the MOCH mobile dental clinic and would like services, please turn that in as soon as possible. Also, the Dept of Health and Senior Services will be conducting a FREE oral health program in September and a form about that is going home today. If you have any questions, please contact our school nurse, Raquel.

It’s time! School starts tomorrow, Monday, August 22nd! We are starting a little earlier. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 - 7:50 a.m. this year. We will dismiss at 3:40. We look forward to seeing you all!
Thursday, August 18th will be our Open House. Drop in anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to meet your teacher and see your classrooms. Be sure to visit with your bus driver as well. We look forward to seeing you all!
Our Back to School Fair was a great success! We are extremely grateful for Shayna Parker and Sarah Inman! These ladies donated their time and used their skills to cut our students’ hair today. Thank you to Talisa Harvey and Michelle Cochran with Skyline PTO for popping popcorn for us! Also, thank you to Cox Health for providing medical services. To everyone who donated clothing, there were many happy kids going home with outfits for the coming year. Thank you to our bookkeeper Karen for shopping for new outfits. And, of course, we couldn’t have done this without our wonderful school nurse, Raquel! Please forgive me if I missed anyone.Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this event happen! Cox Care Mobile payments need to be taken care of before coming to the school for physicals and immunizations if possible. If you cannot take care of it ahead of time please bring with you your insurance card(s) and a way to pay electronically. Forms are available in the office but we cannot accept cash.
Tuesday, August 16th is our Back to School Fair! Join us anytime between 9 am and 2 pm for free haircuts, free clothes, free backpacks, and free popcorn! Open Enrollment will be held Wednesday, August 10th from 9-3. New students should bring immunization records, Social Security cards, and birth certificates.
Preschoolers who attended screening last spring and returning students do NOT need to come for Open Enrollment.

We still have many boxes of food available for area families. Mrs. Karen is at the school today so stop by and pick some up if you’d like. Please note: the Sheriff’s Department is conducting an active shooter training for their deputies today. It is only a TRAINING.

Mrs. Jess and Mrs. Mayberry are putting together a bingo benefit for our secretary, Mrs. Tabby, who has been battling cancer. The benefit will be at Skyline School Saturday night. Doors open at 5:00 and bingo starts at 6:15. Mrs. Jess said we have some wonderful prizes that have been donated! The theme will be a Hawaiian Luau. Prizes will be given for the best costume.

Wednesday, June 8th is our visit from Ozarks Food Harvest. Stop by and pick up your box between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Feel free to share the info with your friends and family!
Our space destination tomorrow is Urban Air Trampoline Park! Lift off from the school will be at approximately 8:40 in the morning and we should touch down at Urban Air around 10:00 a.m. We will explore from 10:30 - 12:30.
We have heard there will be snacks available for purchase. Please refrain from sending money in your kid's pockets since they will be bouncing. You may send it in an envelope for your child's teacher to hold on to if you'd like.
After departing Urban Air, we plan to make a stop at Meador Park for lunch before returning to school.
On Wednesday our students enjoyed learning about and tasting some freeze dried goodies with Angela with Elsa’s Pantry. She will be back on Friday afternoon around 2 pm with her treats. Students may bring money to purchase freeze dried treats if they would like. Each bag is priced at $4.00.
