Hello Everyone! It's no secret that this is the season for sickness! Kids struggle to learn when they aren't feeling their best. Here are some helpful reminders for dealing with sickness in school aged kids!
Remember to eat healthy and stay hydrated!
Wash hands and bathe everyday!
Get a good night's sleep!
Don't forget your student must be fever free for 24 hours prior to returning to school OR be fever free for 24 hours AND have taken antibiotics for 24 hours if still showing symptoms. As always, please call your healthcare provider if you have questions about your child's illness.
