The Ozarks Food Harvest has dropped off pallets of fresh produce. The boxes have apples, onions, sweet potatoes, beets, and red cabbage. Stop by today or tomorrow and pick up a box for you and a neighbor. Merry Christmas!

The escapades of Dash and Dolly continue. Here’s a few pics of what they’ve been up to recently.

Mrs. Goss’s 1st grade class enjoyed their science experiment involving root beer floats. They were learning about gases, liquids, and solids.

Dash and Dolly have been busy!

We have had requests for archery hoodies to be sold this year. We will be placing a 2nd order this Friday (December 9th) so we will have time to get them by Christmas. Order forms are going home with kids today. If you do not have a Skyline student, contact the office for information. Hoody prices range from $24-32. Tshirts and long-sleeve t's will also be available from $14 and up.
Meet our newest additions to Skyline Elementary, Dolly & Dash. These two sneaky elves hid on top of an exit sign yesterday and this morning they were found inside the trophy case. We hope your kids have fun keeping an eye out for these capers during this Christmas season 🎅🏻🎄

HAT DAY! Thursday, December 1st is Hat Day. Put on your Santa hat, elf ears, or any other favorite head topper and wear it to school for a 25 cent donation to the CTA Scholarship Fund.

Reminder: There is NO archery practice after school today. The next practice will be on Friday.
BUS DELAY: Ms. McKay’s bus will be running behind schedule due to a tree across the road. We are working on the problem now.
The year is going quickly and Thanksgiving Break is already here. Please remember that we are out of school ALL week. We will see you back on November 28th. Enjoy your time off!
**You may still see buses running but these are only picking up our high school students that attend Norwood**

Thursday, November 17th is HAT DAY! Students may wear hats, antlers, tiaras, hoodies, etc. for a quarter. Teachers may wear jeans for $1. All funds raised go to CTA for student scholarships.
Our school cookbooks have arrived! Mrs. Harley has worked hard compiling recipes for this year’s cookbook. We have a limited number available for purchase. Cookbooks can be purchased in the school office or by sending money designated “cookbook” with your child. They are $10 each.
The money raised from cookbook sales will go to the Sunshine Committee. This committee continues to bless our staff and students with gifts of appreciation, sympathy flowers, notes of encouragement, and more. The latest act of kindness is a Thanksgiving meal for Skyline staff. The Sunshine Committee, along with the following generous donors, provided Thanksgiving bags for all staff members today!

We invite everyone to join us (especially Veterans) as we honor those who have served, and continue to serve, for our country. We will hear from former Vietnam pilot, Larry Morrison. Mr. Prock will be awarding our Patriots Pen essay winners. Light refreshments will be served after the assembly. We encourage you to take time out of your day to honor those who fought for our freedom.
This event is open to all Veterans, parents, and anyone else who wishes to honor our military vets.

It’s FREE FOOD day at Skyline! The Ozarks Food Harvest has dropped off 2 pallets of food boxes for us to distribute to Skyline area residents. Please stop by and pick up a box for you and a neighbor. Make sure you stop in at the office so we can get a correct count of distribution.
