Rockbridge Rainbow Trout & Game Ranch hosted Skyline School’s 1st Annual Duck Race on Saturday, October 15th. The ducks were released by a Rockbridge employee at the waterfall near the grist mill. It was a close race as they floated down the river but Number 235 made it across the line first. Duck number 235 was purchased by Diann Smith of Vanzant who was present for the race. Thank you to everyone who purchased ducks and especially to Rockbridge for donating our grand prize. We will be drawing numbers randomly next week for a few consolation prizes so stay tuned.
