Brixey's General Store was opened for one day only in the Kindergarten classroom on April 20, 2023. The class has been learning the value of coins so Mrs. Brixey set up a mock store. This is what she had to share about today's event...
"Kindergarten has been learning about money in class. Today we had a store that they could buy items from. They had to count their money to see how much they needed for each item. Each item had a price tag with the amount they needed. Then they did a writing activity to write about the favorite thing they bought."
The kids had fun and went home with several treats!
